Extreme Cold in Quebec
I've never been SO cold!! This morning it was -24 degrees celsius actual temperature (but it feels like -30 degrees celsius to the skin, with the wind) .... too cold for the half hour walk home from Jozef's school.
Can't wait to get back to -8 degrees celsius forecast for next week! (with, hopefully NO wind).
